Guarantee/ Cosigner of Lease

The undersigned Parent/Guardian of and/or Cosigner of Lessee, hereby acknowledges that he/she guarantees the performance of each and all the covenants and agreements of the part of the Lessee to be performed there under including , without limitation, the payment of rent. This guaranty shall remain in full force and effect during the entire term of the Lease, all renewals or extensions thereof, holding over by Lessee there under. Both the applicant and the co-signer authorize verification of the above information including but not limited to the obtaining of a credit report and verification of employment including salary.

All tenants and cosigners will be held jointly and severally liable.
